The following are examples of some sites Hybrid has worked on:

PJP with google maps API

A browser-based application reliant on Google Maps API v3 to plot travel journeys and assign a travel mode to each leg of the journey. Google maps allows using getDirections to quickly draw journeys, and PHP / mySQL is used to store and retrieve journeys. Journeys are also analysed for how much of each leg involved travel through congestion zones.

NZrugbystay

A database of houses/rooms available for rent which uses PHP / mySQL to store and show house and date information. Google maps is used to show general location of places, and also for initial entry of locations by owners.

NZ Techos

A CMS-driven website using the bioteCMS, developed by Stuart Sontier. This site also includes an application that allows film organisations to initiate their applications for overseas crew permits. Fees for this are paid for through an e-Commerce system with connection to a payment provider. An admin section allows NZ Techos to monitor progress of the application.

Papakura Arts

  Coromandel Cacti

The base site details this Cacti and Succulent grower's business, along with growing tips and monthly specials. An extensive plant list is run by a back-end database with admin access allowing live updates by the client.
Other active parts of the site allow autoresponding to requests for newsletter, and viewing (and admin updating) of one-off specimen plants.

Hypertainment
Hypertainment was a large CD/Web project involving several graphic artists, a SQL Server administrator, 3d designers and Director construction.
Hybrid was involved in administering construction of the static parts of the website in conjunction with graphic designers ALT. Several web builders worked on this part using templates that Hybrid developed.
Hybrid constructed all of the password protected parts of the site, an extensive job which included user registration, prize viewing and ordering, various competitions, email forms and other information gathering aspects. The site used ASP extensively, coupled to a SQL Server database. Flash 4 navigation was designed by ALT with technical involvement from Hybrid.

Massage College [original site]

Currency - a survey of Auckland photographers. Hybrid's first site.
Interface - Contemporary NZ photography exhibition, presented both at the Auckland Museum and online.

  Clear Mobile
Hybrid developed templates and finished graphics from Illustrator layups. The templates were turned into phtml database driven pages by another contractor.
